Virginia, Rose, Elysa M. and I covered the thruway from Albany to New Paltz. We gave fliers to every toll collector, for every exit/entrance. Fliers are also at each service area and in addition, at the gas stations at each service area. (north and south). The PDQ copy shop in New Paltz graciously made copies of the flier for free when they saw that it was about Hannah.

Halfmoon and part of Clifton Park were done yesterday, I was so happy that so many businesses were so receptive, I couldn't post them fast enough! :)Well supported up here! Have the AM talk radio stations been contacted? They report local news a couple times each hour.
ReplyDeleteWe posted fliers around Rensselar and Albany Medical Center.
ReplyDeleteI was thinking that
Woodbury Commoms http://www.premiumoutlets.com/outlets/outlet.asp?id=7,
The Paramus Park Mall
http://www.paramuspark.com/ in New Jersey and Palisades Mall in West Nyack http://www.palisadescenter.com/ might be good places to post fliers because of the amount of people from NY and NJ that frequent these Malls.
Is it possible to post a higher resolution copy of the "Endangered Runaway Poster"? I'm trying to print copies and at 8.5" x 11" they are very hard to read.
ReplyDeleteThanks!
Thank you all so much. I don't know anything about computers re: higher resolution photos. Anyone who does know something can you help?
ReplyDeletePosted pictures at Afrims and Red Robin in Latham.
ReplyDeleteWhat about getting information to America's Most Wanted (John Walsh) ?

ReplyDeleteWe covered another 30+ businesses in the Rotterdam/Schenectady area so far today. We will be going back out this afternoon to some more. Updates also posted at Prayers for Hannah on Facebook www.facebook.com/groups/223643041048520/
ReplyDeleteWe put Posters up in Feura Bush Stewarts, Persico's (formerly Hotalings), Greenville Stewarts, Clarksville Stewarts, Hilltown Farm & Garden (Agway)Greenville, Bryant's Family Market Greenville, although Subway couldn't put up any due to policy one employee has family who own a bar in Freehold and was going to put one up in there. Laminated one put up on phone pole in front of Tommy's Hot Dog stand in Greenville.
ReplyDelete?? what about Post Offices & Banks??
I sent the missing posters to people I knew in NYC and New Jersey by email and individually asked each of them to forward it to those they know. I think people might be more likely to spread it even when they don't know Hannah if they are personally asked to do so.
ReplyDeleteThe kids and I posted flyers all up and down 9W from the thruway in Albany to Catskill.
ReplyDeleteI have posters going to NYC this week and will have about 50 or so laminated for posting outdoors by Wednesday. I also was able to save the poster as a PDF file, to make emailing and printing it a bit easier. Anyone who would like it in the format just let me know.
ReplyDeleteThe NYS Division of Parole and a lot of its off duty officers are searching!! They have Hannah's flyers in their cars, pictures in their pockets, and they're out there looking for her before and after their shifts!! I emailed the flyer to all of our field offices statewide, and they are posted EVERYWHERE!! At least 15 Parole Officers in Queens, Manhattan, the Bronx, and Brooklyn are going out tonight around 7pm to look and ask around. NYC has been plastered with the flyers by our staff. We are all praying so very hard for you, Hannah!!!

ReplyDeletePrayer Vigil for Hannah this Thursday at 7pm
I know a few people in NYC who are in healthcare (hospitals, clinics) and will send them the information to send and post. Praying for Hannah's safe return today, I am traveling to NYC next week via Amtrak and subway to the downtown area and will handout flyers and post around the area. Prayers are lifted that she be kept safe.
ReplyDeleteHere is a Spanish translation for the poster -
